In case you're wondering what that means, ALEP stands for A Long Expected Party. We first heard about it from someone at church who is also a huge Ringer (bigger than us) and had a part in helping us board the LOTR bandwagon. It takes place in Harrodsburg, which lucky for us is only about an hour away from here! Though we will have to continue to wait and anticipate what joy and fun shall surely come; ALEP is not happening until next September. However we have already put our names in and are working towards paying our dues, and it's a weekend long event but due to time and $$$ we're only going for one day.
